SUMMARY
Flatpak stable okular doesn't start at all
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run flatpak run org.kde.okular
OBSERVED RESULT
/app/bin/okular-bin: error while loading shared libraries:
libPlasmaActivities.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory
EXPECTED RESULT
okular starts
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
flatpak list
Okular org.kde.okular
25.08.3 stable system
KDE Application Platform org.kde.Platform
6.10 system

Why is there an SO Name 7 around when the remaining files point to 6 instead ?
However the soname of the library is clearly libPlasmaActivities.so.7 as shown
by objdump , so the issue is IMO in okular.
I had to manually add an link from libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.6.5.2 to
libPlasmaActivitiesStats.so.6 in the runtime directory
/var/lib/flatpak/runtime/org.kde.Platform/x86_64/6.10/ae0b7419c284d9b53c0685f326f65e2d8a0ffc4acf509aefe1a2014eb8bfd423/files/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
in order to make okular start
