Hallo,
im trying my best to explain in english (Mother tongue: German):
Since a few days, wenn I open a file out of somewhere (Internet, Cloud,
Explorer) it takes 5-6 seconds, sometimes up to over ten seconds to start
okular. Same when I just start the programm out of the menu. Wenn I open a file
out of the okular programm it opens as fast as before. I tried to reinstall
Okular, didn't worked.
Now I hope you have an idea, what i can do.
