SUMMARY
Prior to the last update I did, Okular had a context menu; I could create a
bookmark from that menu rather than having to go to the bookmarks menu every
time. After that update, no context menu will show up unless text is selected.
Even then, the only options are strictly related to the selection:
* copy text
* search for $selection in document
* search for $selection with ... >
I chose `general` as the component for the bug, but it's possible this should
be `pdf backend` instead.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a document, such as a pdf
2. Right click on one of the pages
OBSERVED RESULT
No context menu (unless text is selected)
EXPECTED RESULT
Context menu appears with standard options, including add bookmark
