SUMMARY
I can't see the created bookmark recently in Windows 11.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Save a bookmark
2. check in bookmark tab/pane
3. don't show the created bookmark recently

OBSERVED RESULT
it doesn't show the created bookmark recently.

EXPECTED RESULT
it should show the created bookmark recently.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: 
KDE Frameworks Version: 
Qt Version: 

Windows 11 Version 2009 (x86_64), with VersiĆ³n  10.0.26100 compilation 26100
Edition: Windows 11 Home Single Language
Version: 24H2 (windows update)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I used this installer: okular-master-5868-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64.exe

You can force it to show the created bookmark recently following this step (but
it should be showd automatically after to be created):
1. check option: For all documents (in Bookmarks tab / pane)
2. uncheck it
3. check it
4. Validate that the created bookmark recently is showed in the bookmarks list.
