STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have a mouse with a free floating scroll wheel (Logitech G502). 2. Flick the mouse wheel to scroll a few pages at a time. OBSERVED RESULT Screen moves slower than if you were to scroll normally and/or is really laggy. EXPECTED RESULT The screen movement should be directly correlated to the mouse wheel movement. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: Windows 11 Pro Version: 24H2 Installed on: 06/11/2024 OS build: 26100.3037 Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Here's a video comparing Okular to Google Chrome's PDF viewer.
