Thanks for reporting this bug - I can reproduce it in the circumstance that:
* Open new files in tabs is on, and multiple files are open in tabs (with files
open in separate windows, it appears to be working as intended)
* The attempt to remove the bookmark is via right-clicking on the line
indicating the bookmark within the Bookmarks tab of the side panel (with
another page selected, right-clicking on the page preview in the Thumbnails
side panel and choosing Remove Bookmark does still work)
