I was not able to reproduce. Either this has been fixed in newer versions, or
the PDF in question had problem, such as a font, which affected rendering. I am
closing this request because of inaction. If this issue persists in modern
Okular feel free to reopen this request and attach a PDF with which the issue
can be produced.
