PDF Properties window can be reduced stupidly small

SUMMARY
The PDF Properties dialog box does not resize nicely, for either the Properties
or Fonts tabs. When the Properties tab is shown, the window can be reduced in
height to almost nothing, causing the text fields to crop the text and
eventually disappear altogether. The Fonts tab will only extend the height of
the font list to show around 13 fonts but will extend no more than that.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF document in Okular.
2. Open the PDF Properties dialog.
3. Resize the window vertically with either tab showing.

OBSERVED RESULT
The height of the dialog can be reduced to almost zero, hiding the contents of
the panel. The height of the font list on the Fonts tab will not grow in
relation to the window height when resizing beyond around 13 fonts.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should have a minimum height, and the font list should grow when the
window height is increase.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10 WSL2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.6.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2 (built against 6.7.2)
Arch Linux: current

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Tested on both WSL2 Arch Linux on Windows 10 and natively on an up-to-date Arch
Linux using Openbox WM.
