STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure TIFF files are associated with any app but Okular
2. download the attached TIFF file
3. open Dolphin, right-click on the downloaded TIFF file, hover over "Open
with" submenu
OBSERVED RESULT
two "Okular" entries. See the attached screenshot please.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only one "Okular" entry in "Open with" submenu
