SUMMARY
After every Plasma update the toolbar configuration is lost in Okular
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update Plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
After updating Plasma from one version to the next the toolbar goes back to the
original configuration, buttons, positions, icons ...
It's happened at least with Plasma 5.15.1 to .2, .3, .4 & .5
EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbar should keep the changes made by the user.
