Hi Con, we're having small problems with a new feature we introduced so that
paper at 100% matches a real paper size (using the DPI for that). Some fix may
have gone up to 0.19.1 (but it may still be broken since I can not reproduce
it).
Could you try to update to 0.19.1? If not do you think you could try compiling
some patch to see if it helps?
