I think they are slightly different: if this one is implemented, then the other
one could still be not implemented. I.e., clicking on a page => moves to the
beginning of that page would be enough to close this one. On the other way
around, closing the other one would fix this as well.
But if we consider this as "jump to the part of the page which is clicked on
the thumbnail", as the last comments seems to imply (not just to the beginning
of the page), then this one is a duplicate of the other one. I'm going to merge
then and continue on the older one, if you disagree please comment :)
