Dell 2001FP is 20'' 1600x1200 screen. In your xrandr (and therefore kscreen) output the physical size of your combined external screen is 367mm x 275mm, that results in 458.6 mm (18'') diagonal. I.e. this is the size of one screen, perhaps?
