I use okular for reading all of my e-books, but I wish some functionality while
I have english book. I would like to have support for dynamicall translation on
top of document. For now I have widget on panel (translatoid), when I press F1
I got roll up widget with translation of selected word. But I would like to
have it native in okular :D for example when I point the word with mouse
cursore with enabled translation I got a little pop up cloud with translation
:D
