However, I tested once again and it worked, so I understand the problem is only when I set the margins to 0mm: if I let them to default values (top=14.82, left&right=3.18, bottom=11.99mm) the printout is not truncated, if I set them to 0 (which I usually do because otherwise some millimeters of the top and/or bottom are truncated) for this PDF, it does truncate.
