Hi Enda, thanks for your proposal :-)
There is no technical limitation to do it but sincerely i don't see any reason
to do it from an usability point of view, it just clutters the menu and doesn't
really give you a faster way to access the tools than the toolbar or the
shortcut or even the menu.
Do you have any strong reason of why it should be there?
