F11 is the fullscreen key in most programs, so it would be great if it would
enter the equivalent of fullscreen in okular.
I tried to use it three times today…

Expected Results:
Presentation starts when hitting F11.
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.6-gentoo
