Version: 0.12.5 (using KDE 4.6.5)
OS: Linux
The attached PDF displays fine in Okular. However, when I try to print blank
pages come out of printer.
Printing with Evince works fine.
Haven't tested with latest Okular. Debian hasn't packaged it yet.

open pdf
print
Actual Results:
blank pages come out of printer
Expected Results:
pdf printed on paper
