To me, the whole handling of this bug by the okular developers is probably
*the* most elitist way of handling a bug report / feature request.
Someone actually has taken the time to politely ask, include a patch, several
people have voted for it and subscribed to it, and a very small group of people
are sitting comfortably in their chair is telling users to go away and come
back when they are less stupid. Developers talking to users as if they were
idiots, and in general treating their users like stupid kids ...? This is not
what I thought KDE was about. And then this:

What a crowd (well apparently the okular team isn't a crowd according to the
blog post) of whiners. Grow up.
Oh, and I second the bug report and hope someone takes time off from sitting on
their high horse of "UI/usability testing" to add a checkbox to a menu or
window.
