im user of okular since kde4.1 is relased, I used it to read any type of ebooks, and print it. could be possible the feature in print options that print only odd pages then the not odd ones.... like first print 1,3,5,7,9 and when it finished, make a pause, to turn around the pages, and print 2,4,6,8,10?? or only print odd, and then make it print only not odd?..
