Thanks for reporting this bug.
We have confirmed the problem, though Okular itself is not responsible for
rendering PDF files, we use a library called poppler.
As us can not do anything to fix the problem please open a bug against the
poppler product in https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ explaining the situation.
