With kdegraphics-4.3.0-1.fc10 I can still reproduce this.
Steps to reproduce:
1. yum install pdfjam
2. wget http://www-i9.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/dateien/lehre/57/2-1%20dw.pdf
3. pdfnup --nup 2x2 "2-1 dw.pdf"
4. okular "2-1 dw-2x2.pdf"
5. Hit CTRL-P (printing from the file menu)
6. Hit ALT-r (Properties button)
7. Notice that Landscape is selected
If "Landscape" is selected, the document won't be printed some printers, e.g.
the both I tried so far. Since this option is well hidden, it is also a big
source of frustration to always have to change this.
