Okular's presentation mode window does not refresh sometimes when main okular
window is unmapped.
The steps to reproduce are the following:
1. open okular
2. open okular's presentation mode (in floating mode)
3. move presentation window (but not okular's main window) to another workspace
4. go to that workspace
5. see big empty gray window
This is observed in tiling window manager xmonad, but does not look like
xmonad's bug.
Resizing presentation window makes okular to draw the contents of window.
