Tested the patch with the (not many) documents I have, and no problems found so far. Some problems are left (like the levels in the lists in testcase of #154980) yet, but we can live with those in KDE 4.2.0. Please commit it ASAP (branching will happen quite soon). Thanks, -- Pino Toscano
