kpdf let the user to add custom filters to the printing process, such as to
pipe the document through psbook, psnup etc... before going to the printer.
Using these filters one can print a document in the "booklet" format (duplex
printing, w/ 2 pages on each front, arranged so you can fold the pages at the
middle all together)
It's planned to re-add this custom filters? If not, whould be possible to add a
"print in booklet format" option?
