As already said in comment #2, the handling of multiple monitors should be much
better for KDE 4.1.
Due to the fact that I basically cannot test (no secondary monitor), and that
most probably there won't be other KDE 4.0.x releases, I'm closing the bug.รน
Feel free to reopen or open a new report if there is a similar issue in KDE 4.1.
