okular should provide at least the same options like kpdf in terms of multiple
"pages per sheet"
I'd appreciate if you could add 1, 2, 4, and "custom" number of pages per sheet
(similar to the new gtk printing-dialog but better ;) )
this finally would make it possible for me to replace kpdf by okular
