kayaknya El pernah bilang pindah ke portfolio negara lain.. mungkin masuk ke negara yang sahamnya belum naik banyak, kayak indonesia index udah naik lebih 100%, dan amrik sendiri baru puluhan persen. jadi kenaikan bursa luar otomatis juga mendorong kenaikan bursa lokal. kayak efek domino.. sampai seluruh bursa jenuh
