Mbah, apakah ada cara lain untuk valuasi saham perbankan?? Sepertinya over-estimate.
Menurut rumus yg Mbah sajikan sebelumnya....
- PRICE = (100/bunga deposito) x EPS
Contoh:
- EPS saham X = Rp 100,-
- Suku bunga deposito = 10%
Maka menurut cara pak Danny didapatkan FAIR VALUE saham X ialah:
Harga valuasi = (100/10) x Rp 100 = Rp 1000,-
Kalau di tes dengan suku bunga deposito = 7%
Bank Niaga EPS = Rp 84.- (LK des 2004)
Estimate Harga BNGA = (100 / 7) x 84 = Rp 1200.-
Bank Lippo EPS = Rp 228.- (LK des 2004)
Estimate Harga LPBN = (100 / 7) x 228 = Rp 3255.-
