I am relaying a message from Mike Higgiston. He had a Tricolored Heron on Dune Road in East Quogue about 45 minutes ago. It was in the marsh on the north side of the road, opposite 89 Dune Road. This location is roughly 30 feet west of Dolphin Lane. --
