I forgot to mention that I posted cone crop photos on my Facebook page (below). I also posted photos of Bicknell's Thrush at dawn along with Whiteface Mountain sunrise shots. The cone crop on White, Red, and Black Spruce, Balsam Fir, and White Cedar are excellent! There are some new cones on Hemlock and Tamarack. There are no new cones on White Pine trees.
