I stopped by the house where the male painted bunting was spotted. I was lucky
enough to catch a quick glimpse of the bird and a few blurry photos. This was
extremely exciting for me and a new lifer. Unfortunately the homeowners do not
want to allow any visitors. I tried to explain how wonderful and rare this
visitor is but it didn't help. Apparently the bird has been on the feeder every
morning for almost week. The closest public location is the ridge conservation
area on randall rd.

Hope this helps ;)
