In parking lot, Killdeer nest with 4 eggs, mother constantly distressed by the
many cars and dogs here for Agility Nationals. Someone has put up three stakes
and pink tape to warn away traffic but shouldn't they shut off this lot. There
are plenty places to park away from the nest. Does anyone know who Could close
the lot?

any updates on the shrike would be appreciated. Also, does hamlin-Parma Road
have a local route number? Didn't see it on my DeLorme

Exciting news that warrants state-wide propagation. Sadly nowadays Loggerhead
Shrike is barely annual anywhere in New York State. Needless to say it is a
NYSARC review species and the Committee would greatly appreciate documentation
of the sighting in the form of descriptions and photographs for the permanent
record.
