A modest movement of passerines were noted at JBWR this morning. I
totaled fifteen species of the commoner warblers in the garden, with Blackpoll
and Magnolia Warblers making up a good number of the birds observed. The
White-faced Ibis continues on the West Pond, this time observed feeding with a
single Glossy Ibis near Bench 12. Just before seeing the Ibis, a young male
Summer Tanager flew by where I was standing and settled into the shrubbery east
of Bench 12.
