Hi folks, Tomorrow’s the first NWRUG of 2019!
We have two talks from our guest speakers, all the way from Berlin: Fanny Krebs-Pinto will be giving a talk on the relationship between dev and product, exploring ways we can work together, be happy, productive and deliver value to the business. Lucas Krebs-Pinto will be telling us all about BOSH, an open source system partly written in Ruby for managing highly distributed systems. Please note, new venue! The meet has moved to the shiny new On the Beach offices at Aeroworks <https://goo.gl/maps/tgkdySkxkMD2> a short distance from Piccadilly Station. There will be someone at the entrance to welcome you in from 6:30pm and the first talk will start promptly at 7pm. If you’re looking for an incentive to show up early (other than the opportunity for sparkling Ruby-chat with your fellow attendees), there will be some snacks and refreshments available, kindly provided by our hosts. I’ve attached a map and instructions below on how to get there, although if you’re on foot, Google Maps and Citymapper might also be a good shout.
