1) What systems/platforms will the candidate be using? Heroku 2) What other technologies? Foundation, Bootstrap, jQuery, Javascript 3) Do you use Agile methodologies Jira 4) As this is going to be the firsr Ruby Developer you employ what support will they have from the team you currently outsource to? Support will be available from the existing outsource till fully transitioned Another thing that may help is if one of the developers could briefly write down their normal day. Difficult to answer this one, there will be pipelined projects, but there will be occasions when priority work requires delivering.
