Hi Ash, all, I've been watching this thread unravel over the last couple of days. One little tip which I'm sure you all did, but didn't mention is using a thesaurus; you can usually find a really good alternative this way. For example: 'dispatch', it fits all aforementioned criteria. 'send', for me, is just too surprising.
