That's a very good point there Will, I'm tempted to rename it to "deliver" on 
this basis.  I might even rename "publish" –> "distribute" or some such.

Makes me wonder if Object#send is named wrong too though. I could always 
monkeypatch Object to rename it to "deliver" too, just to save any confusion :)
