I too am getting a lot of contract agents contacting me, this a big shift, previously all the RoR work generally would have came from other sources. Now its looking more like a corporate need has arrived. Just checking back over my emails it is around two a day but not for the north west of England. I know I am sitting on one project that is awaiting v3 and have another at my current place that is on the fence too. So maybe there is a 2 awaiting 3 hiatus/fence sitting effect at work here??
