I also found the stuff out there a little too basic.
a little training from Ashley Moran helped with making sure we were
testing the correct stuff. cukes.info wiki is useful.

I mainly found that building up the scenarios was frustrating to start
with, but you can soon start to abstract them. But don't do compound
scenarios too early or it can be trickier to find problems.
