Hi Dave, 

On my version (lastest dev : 2.5.170124 - Pro Small Business Edition),  when I 
create a report, I select the duration (1M), then when I scroll down I have a 
section called 'Top Local Hosts [Average Traffic/sec]' 

This part is devided between top sender/top receivers, and sorted by total 
amount of data. 

It's probably not exactly what you need, but I suppose that if you need more, 
you should start from here, and describe what you would like on github to 
request an enhancement/feature here : 
https://github.com/ntop/ntopng/issues
