I'm having trouble getting ntop to work with this flag.

Something as simple as

> sudo ntop --disable-instantsessionpurge

with no other options bombs out:

etc.

The odd thing is the error: FATAL ERROR: unknown ntop option, '?'

There's no ? on my command line!

I've tested this with different flags and have confirmed that this specific
error occurs whenever the disable-instantsessionpurge flag is used.
