Review Comment:
   `Both` counts two, but the `if` below has three conjuncts — the lock, 
`graph.hasOperator(...)`, and the port check. The unnamed one guards the same 
kind of invisible state the sentence is about: the anchor can be deleted 
between render and click. Naming the checks instead of counting them also keeps 
the comment true if a fourth is ever added.
