Your D3_FORMAT settings in superset_config.py are the key to controlling
French number formatting in the Superset UI. For these settings to take effect,
make sure your D3_FORMAT dictionary looks like this:
```python
D3_FORMAT = {
"decimal": ",",
"thousands": " ",
"grouping": [3],
"currency": ["", " €"]
}
```
After updating, restart all Superset pods and clear your browser cache. To
confirm your config is loaded, open your browser dev tools and check that
`window.bootstrap_data.common.d3_format` matches your settings on any Superset
page. If it doesn't, double-check that your superset_config.py is mounted
correctly and that the SUPERSET_CONFIG_PATH or SUPERSET_CONFIG environment
variable points to it

Note: This only affects number formatting in the UI—CSV/Excel exports will
still use US-style formatting
