   ### Bug description

   Hi,

I’m using the Superset Helm chart version 0.14.2, and I’m trying to
configure Superset so that numbers are displayed with the French locale (e.g.,
spaces as thousand separators and commas as decimals).

I’ve tried adding configuration in superset_config.py (using
BABEL_DEFAULT_LOCALE, DEFAULT_LOCALE, D3_FORMAT, NUMBER_FORMAT, etc.), but it
doesn’t seem to affect the frontend number formatting.

I also noticed that the extraAppConfig value does not seem to exist or be
supported in chart 0.14.2.

   Questions:

Is locale configuration (e.g., DEFAULT_LOCALE=fr-FR) supported in the Helm
chart 0.14.2?

If not, from which chart version is this supported?

What is the recommended way to enforce French number formatting when
deploying with Helm?
