Investigated https://github.com/apache/shenyu/actions/runs/37777637345/job/113749203873 and pushed merge commit 4a2be6c15 against master 34ab4c485. That job is RabbitMQ logging E2E: its websocket scenario passed, while the HTTP-sync access-log assertion timed out after 30 seconds. The broker dump also contains system_memory_high_watermark, which suggests broker resource pressure but does not by itself establish the complete timeout cause. RabbitMQ has since moved to plugin-store in #7506; this branch now inherits its removal and CI scheduling fix unchanged, so core no longer schedules the migrated suite. Preserved the upstream Agent Gateway resource after a false rename/delete conflict. Also removed 24 overlooked SOFA/TARS plugin_handle rows from each of PostgreSQL and OpenGauss (48 total), verifying their IDs or explicit duplicate-key manifest entries against store installers. Six-dialect static inspection confirms only SOFA/TARS-owned SQL statements are removed relative to maste r, with all other SQL preserved and no orphan namespace relations. No active SOFA/TARS gateway module, starter, example or integrated-test POM references remain. Changed POM XML parses and git diff --check passes.
