Stop bundling the SOFA and TARS gateway plugins in the main ShenYu runtime and move their ownership to the plugin store. The receiving migration is [apache/shenyu-plugin-store#6](https://github.com/apache/shenyu-plugin-store/pull/6). - Remove both runtime plugin modules, both plugin starters, and their default bootstrap protocol-library dependencies. - Remove SOFA integration/E2E modules and the combination-test branch that require the core gateway to bundle SOFA; update current distribution documentation and license inventory. - Keep protocol/plugin identifiers, shared DTOs, Admin registration and converters, client SDKs/client starters, backend examples, and database configuration so externally installed plugins retain their existing contracts. This replaces the intent of the already-closed Aias00 removal PRs #6308 and #6309 with a plugin-store migration rather than deleting all protocol support. Motan was already removed by #6307 and is already present in the store. ## Migration Order Merge the store build baseline [#5](https://github.com/apache/shenyu-plugin-store/pull/5), then the receiving store migration #6, before removing bundled support here. Gateway deployments using SOFA/TARS must add the matching plugin-store starter to a custom gateway classpath; this change preserves their existing names and configuration data. ## Validation - Retained common/Admin registration tests passed: 60 tests, including RpcTypeEnum, SOFA/TARS registration, TARS selector conversion, and CommonUpstreamUtils. - Bootstrap package passed across its 170-module reactor with tests skipped; Checkstyle was enabled. - Preserved SOFA/TARS clients and client starters compiled across a 21-module reactor. - Bootstrap's actual runtime dependency tree contains neither removed plugin/starter artifacts nor sofa-rpc-all, sofa-common-tools, or tars-client. - Store migration passed its 89-test released-API build and 69-test current-API SOFA/TARS build. Independent code and architecture reviews found no blocking migration regression. - git diff --check and removed-runtime-reference scans passed. Complete external-starter Docker/Kubernetes protocol E2E was not run. CI helper code is unchanged; the local macOS Bash 3.2 limitation was not worked around by unrelated helper changes. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
