Resolved the bootstrap POM conflict with master 491e4231e in merge commit 8c8eb600e. Kept both the Consul cutover and the upstream Polaris removal, and updated README to identify Consul sync as an external extension. Static checks found no remaining active Consul module or dependency references in POMs; changed POM XML parses and git diff --check passes. The previous RabbitMQ E2E failure at https://github.com/apache/shenyu/actions/runs/37872911071/job/113635934338 is a different issue from the missing-script failure in #7506: websocket logging passed, but the HTTP-sync scenario timed out waiting for its access log. The broker log records system_memory_high_watermark at 02:15:44 UTC before that timeout. This points to broker memory pressure; the logs do not establish a Consul-removal regression. Broker infrastructure changes are not included in this Consul conflict fix.
