That might be a thing more for Pekko 3 (if that ever happens), what I had in mind was providing additional intermediary `create()` methods that accept data classes for configuration (`scaladsl` would be `case class` and `javadsl` can use builder pattern) and we would generate those data classes from HOCON config.
