i fix but I disagree here, as far as i remember such scope of tests
initially was planned for end-to-end index choosing tests. But i agree that for
now it all looks strange - after force statistic gathering it not acts as equal
behavior from user side ... so for consistency seems this class is not right
place for "testComplexIndexConditionInitialTableCreate" test.
